The enrolment dossier

This dossier brings together in one place what used to take three separate documents: the student details, the school rules and the image permission. You fill it in once, for the 2026 / 2027 year, and you receive your own complete copy straight away.

Before you start

Allow about ten minutes, without rushing.
You will need the date of birth of the student, their nationality, your address, and a number where we can reach you during class hours.
The image permission is part of enrolling: a class and a performance are photographed as a group. No name appears beside a published photograph.
Is the student over 18? The dossier is the same one, and it is filled in under their own name.
Nothing is charged here. The level, the group and the timetable are decided by the school after the student has been assessed.

Online enrolment opens with the school in Monaco. Until then, classes continue as they do today.

The school sends you this dossier after the trial class. If you reached it another way, please write to us before filling it in: we confirm the fees and the starting date that apply to you first.

One name per line. With nothing here, the student is handed only to the legal guardians named above.

The student may leave the studio alone at the end of class.

The school is responsible for the student from the moment they enter the studio until the end of the class.

Health

Allergies, treatment, history, anything to watch for · optional

Anything that could matter for the safety of the student during a class. This stays between the school and you. Leave it empty if there is nothing to report.

I declare that the student is fit to practise classical ballet, that I have reported above anything relevant to their safety, and that I will tell the school without delay of any change. I declare that I hold third party liability insurance covering activities outside school.

Pointe work begins only when the teaching direction decides, according to the physical maturity of the student.

Image permission

A class and a performance are photographed as a group. A student cannot be taken out of the picture without being taken off the stage, and the stage is part of the training. This permission is therefore part of enrolling.

I authorise Ananyan Ballet to photograph and film the student during classes, rehearsals and performances, and to use those images to show the work and the life of the school. On the school website, its social accounts, its printed material, the press that writes about it, and in its teaching work and archive.

No name appears beside a published photograph, neither first name nor surname.
Images are never sold, licensed or passed to a third party for their own communication.
You may at any time ask us to take one particular photograph off our channels. Anything already printed, or already published by someone else, cannot be recalled.
This permission covers the school year named above, and we ask you again each year.
