The Nutcracker
The school's students, from three-year-olds to adults, on stage alongside danseurs étoiles of Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo, for an evening offered to the Monegasque public.
27 June 2026 · Théâtre des Variétés, Monte-Carlo
Each year, the Ananyan Ballet performance is an essential moment in the life of the school and in the training of its students. In 2026, Ananyan Ballet presented The Nutcracker at the Théâtre des Variétés in Monte-Carlo. The evening was co-presented with the Aleksandr Savchuk Foundation.
Students from the age of three, as well as adult ballet students, had the opportunity to perform on stage alongside danseurs étoiles of Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo. An exceptional artistic experience, allowing each student to discover the demands, the emotion and the magic of a true theatrical production.
With the exception of Baby Ballet, whose rhythm is specifically adapted to the age of the children, training rests, from the age of six, on a minimum of two classes per week. For students who wish to deepen their practice and move toward more intensive training, the number of hours increases progressively with their age, level and objectives. Additional rehearsals are also organised in preparation for the performances.
What stays with us is not the technical achievement. It is the moment a child understands, in the middle of the stage, that the year’s work was for something.
